Welcome to TechRadComputers. By accessing our website or purchasing any products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Us

TechRadComputers is an Australian business specializing in custom-built and pre-built desktop computers, upgrades, and related products.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock availability, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reasons.

3. Custom Built Systems

Custom-built PCs are assembled specifically to your requested specifications.

As custom systems are built to order:

• Assembly will commence after payment has been received unless otherwise agreed.

• Build times are estimates only and may vary depending on component availability.

• We may substitute a component with an equivalent or higher-performing model if the original part becomes unavailable. We will contact you for approval where the change materially affects the system.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices may change without notice until an order has been accepted.

Despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is identified after an order is placed, we will contact you before proceeding.

5. Payment

Payment must be received before assembly or dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Orders may be delayed until payment has cleared.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimates only.

TechRadComputers is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, weather events, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Inspection on Arrival

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.

If the packaging appears damaged, please photograph the packaging before opening and notify both the courier and TechRadComputers promptly.

If any damage is discovered after opening, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs.

8. Warranty

All new components supplied by TechRadComputers are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

TechRadComputers also provides workmanship warranty on system assembly for a period of 3 years.

Warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage

• Liquid damage

• Accidental damage

• Electrical damage caused by power surges

• Incorrect installation of customer-supplied hardware

• Unauthorized modifications

• Damage caused by misuse or neglect

Customers may be required to return the complete system for warranty diagnosis.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

10. Returns & Change of Mind

Pre-built PCs and unopened standard products may be eligible for return within the first 30 days in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Custom-built computers assembled specifically for a customer are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Returned products must:

• Be in original condition

• Include original packaging

• Include all accessories

• Not be damaged or modified

Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility.

11. Faulty Products

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us before returning it.

We may troubleshoot the issue remotely before arranging return.

Products determined not to be faulty may incur inspection or return shipping charges where permitted by law.

12. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when ordering.

• Backing up their data before any repair or upgrade.

• Installing software legally.

• Maintaining antivirus protection and system security.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechRadComputers is not liable for:

• Loss of data

• Loss of profits

• Business interruption

• Indirect or consequential losses

Our liability is limited to the remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, specifications, images, descriptions, and pricing may occasionally contain errors.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the final product.

15. Intellectual Property
